Business sessions expire after 7 hours without activity by default, or the configured period, and always expire within seven days. Visible portal activity keeps a session active.
Passwords require at least 12 characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, and a number. This policy is fixed. Business-account two-factor authentication is not available yet; platform-administrator two-factor authentication is configured separately.
Assign staff roles through Employees and Roles.
